Raylands Consultancy Services Private Limited is based out of Yashvi Nagar in Thane West. Our office is flat number 203, inside the Ash Siddhi Real Estate Development building. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it’s fine. Thane has changed a lot lately, and there are buildings popping up everywhere. Our spot is tucked away a bit. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to going all the way into Mumbai. The office has everything we need to keep the consultancy running. It’s a practical space. We have some files, a few computers, and a big table where we sit and figure things out. It isn't very formal here. You might see someone eating their lunch at their desk or hear us joking around while we work. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing unless there’s a big reason for it. We just want to get the job done and help the people who come to us. The building stays fairly quiet during the day which is good for concentrating. We’ve been at this Yashvi Nagar location for a bit now and it feels like home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we try to keep regular hours. It’s just a group of people working together in a regular Thane flat. We keep things pretty simple here.
