Rakesh Rathod

I am Rakesh Rathod and I am located out in Asangaon, which is part of the Shahapur taluka in Thane district. Most people know this area because of the railway station and the industrial units nearby. I live and work in the Sambhi Nagar area on the west side of the tracks. It is a bit far from the main city of Mumbai, but it is much quieter and the air is a bit cleaner out here. I started this work because I wanted to do something in my own town rather than traveling for hours every day on the local train. My office is a humble space that I share with some of my equipment and files. It is not a place where you will find marble floors or air conditioning, but it is where the real work happens. I deal with a lot of local people and we usually talk in Marathi or Hindi while we get things sorted out. I do not believe in charging people extra for things they do not need, so I keep my prices fair and my explanations simple. Life in Asangaon moves a bit slower than in the city, and I think that suits me just fine. I spend my days helping whoever walks in and making sure I do a decent job so they come back next time. It is honest work.
