PVR Controls by Subzero

Our place is located at A-160 in the TTC Industrial Area, specifically in MIDC Khairne on Belapur Road. New Bombay is a big place, but this industrial pocket is where most of the heavy lifting happens. PVR Controls by Subzero is focused on temperature controls and refrigeration parts. We’ve been operating out of this facility for years. It’s a busy spot, and the road outside can get pretty backed up with trailers and delivery vans. Inside, we’ve got our stock and the team working on orders. It’s not a flashy setup. We have shelves full of controllers and sensors because that’s what our customers need. Usually, it's someone calling from a cold storage place or a food factory because a thermostat went out. We understand that urgency. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable source for these specific parts. The air in the industrial area isn't the freshest, and the buildings all look kind of the same, but we like it here. It’s where the work is. Our staff knows these products inside out, so if someone has a question about a wiring diagram or a setting, we can usually figure it out pretty quick. It’s just us, doing our thing in Khairne, making sure things stay cold where they’re supposed to. That’s about it for our daily grind. We just keep the boxes moving.
