Proximon Controls Private Limited is located at Room 202 in the Krishna building, which is part of the Laxmi Industrial Estate. This is over on Pokhran Road No 1 in Vartak Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known industrial area in these parts. The building is one of those older concrete structures that has seen a lot of businesses come and go. We’ve been in unit 202 for a good stretch of time. The estate is always buzzing with people loading trucks or moving crates around. Inside our space, it’s a bit tight because we have a lot of components and boxes stacked up. We try to keep things in order, but when things get busy, the workbench gets a little messy. The windows look out over the rest of the estate, so there’s always something to see. Vartak Nagar has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more traffic on Pokhran Road than there used to be. We have a small pantry area where we make coffee and take short breaks. Most of us live close by, so the commute isn’t too bad. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s just a straightforward place where we handle our daily business without any fuss or extra layers. We have stayed here because it just makes sense for the work we do.
