We are located at 14, Palm Arcade, which is on Plot No. Rx-9 in Sudarshan Nagar, over in the MIDC area of Dombivli East. Being in the MIDC zone means we are surrounded by other industrial shops and factories, so it gets pretty busy during the day. We deal with pipes and all the fittings that go with them, which is why we need to be in this kind of location. The office in Palm Arcade is where we handle the orders and talk to people who need supplies for their plumbing or construction projects. It is a dusty part of town with a lot of trucks moving around, but it is the right place for what we do. We do not have any flashy showrooms or anything like that. It is mostly just shelves of parts and people busy on the phones or checking the stock. We have been here for a while and the staff knows the inventory inside out. If you need a specific fitting, someone here can usually find it in the back pretty quick. We do not use big words or try to act like a giant corporation even though we have been around. We just like to get the orders right and make sure people get their pipes on time. It is a basic operation, really. We open up early, deal with the chaos of the industrial area, and go home.
