Praveen Associates

We are located up on the first floor in Shop 167, which sits right above the Home Square Estate Agent in Kandivali East. It is a busy commercial building called Thak. My name is Praveen and I run this small firm with just a couple of assistants who help me out. We deal with various property matters and general consultancy for the people living in this neighborhood. Being in Kandivali East means we see a lot of people who are looking for help with their paperwork or just trying to understand the local property rules. The office is not very big, but it is enough for what we need to do. We have a simple desk, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of metal cabinets for all our files. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic and people downstairs, but you eventually get used to the sound. We do not use any slick sales talk or try to impress people with expensive office furniture. We would much rather just get straight to the point and help you with whatever you came in for. Most of our clients are local people who live nearby or were told about us by a friend. We have been in this specific shop for a while now and we know the other business owners in the building. It is a friendly place. If you are looking for us, just head up to the first floor once you find the estate agent downstairs.
