Pijush Kanti Mukherjee

Pijush Kanti Mukherjee runs things from the fifth floor of the Bhagyashree building in Thane West. We are part of the Vasant Leela Chs, which is located right on Ghodbunder Road. We are in building number 25. If you’ve ever been on Ghodbunder, you know how much traffic there is, but once you get up to unit 501, it’s actually surprisingly quiet. We’ve been in this building for a while now and have seen the whole area grow up around us. The office itself is nothing special to look at—just some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a couple of fans to keep the air moving. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to stay on top of the pile. Being in Thane is great because it’s well-connected, even if the road outside is always packed. We have a small window that looks out over the neighborhood, which is nice when we need a second to rest our eyes. We don’t really follow a strict corporate structure. Everyone just knows what they need to do and they get on with it. It’s a very practical way of working. We’ve found that as long as we keep our heads down and stay consistent, things work out just fine. We’re just a local business doing our thing in a busy part of town every day.
