Pidilite Industries Ltd.

In Navi Mumbai, specifically in Ghansoli, we have our office at Shree Ambika Dham. It is on Plot No-23 in Sector No-3, room C-103. Ghansoli has changed a lot lately, but our corner feels pretty much the same. This is the spot where Pidilite Industries Ltd operates locally. It’s a standard apartment-style office, which is common around here. We have enough room for our desks and a small area to store some samples. The windows look out over the street, and we see people going to the station every morning. It isn't a big corporate setup. We do our own filing and we make our own tea. If the printer jams, we fix it ourselves. It feels more like a small family business than a big company branch. We have a lot of regulars who drop by, and we usually know them by name. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings. We just look at the list of what needs to be done and we start working. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but usually, we wrap up around six. It is a solid, honest place to work. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just managing the business for this part of Navi Mumbai. It’s a good little spot and we are happy with how things run here. We just try to get the orders sorted correctly.
