Ardex Endura (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is located in Thane West, specifically in Suraj House. We are up on the third floor. The building is in Dongripada, which is right along the Ghodbunder Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road and there is always something happening outside. We spend our days up here handling the administrative side of things for Ardex Endura. It’s a regular office environment with desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls going back and forth. We don't really go for a corporate look even though we are part of a larger name. The people here are just regular folks trying to do a good job. We have been in this Thane location for a while now and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. There are always new shops and apartments going up nearby. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different people and making sure the paperwork is in order. It is not a very exciting story, but it is our daily reality. We like the view from the third floor because you can see the traffic moving along Ghodbunder Road. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small places downstairs. It is a comfortable spot for us. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to make things run smoothly for everyone involved. No frills, just work and making sure we stay on top of the schedule.
