Passionplus Dreams Venture is located in the basement of Siddhi Vinayak Sanku, which is over in the Oak Bauge area of Kalyan. It is Shop Number 5. Since it is tucked away downstairs, you really have to look for the steps to find us. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler when the sun is beating down outside, which is a nice relief, but we have to keep the overhead lights on all day long because there is no natural sunlight down there. The office is a bit small and the ceiling feels a little low, but it fits our desks and everything else we need to run the business. The area around Kalyan is always busy, but down in the basement, it is actually relatively quiet. We work on all sorts of different venture projects and business ideas. It is a bit of a mess sometimes with papers and notebooks scattered everywhere. We do not have any big corporate furniture, just some basic stuff we bought when we moved in. There is a bit of a damp smell sometimes when it rains really heavy, but that is just part of being in a basement in this part of the world. We like it here though because it is our own private space. People usually find us because they heard about us from a friend or a neighbor. It is not a flashy place, but we get things done and that is what matters.
