You can find us in Thane, over at Kisan Nagar. We are located in Gala No 8 of the Shiv Sai Apartment building, on Road No 16 in the Wagle Estate area. Wagle Estate is usually known for its industrial sheds and offices, and we fit right in there. Our space is a gala, which means it’s more of a functional unit than a fancy office. Organik Bharat Agro Ventures Llp is a small team working in a busy, crowded part of the city. There’s always noise from the street and other units nearby. We don’t have a lot of room for decorations or comfortable lounges. It’s mostly just shelves, boxes, and a couple of desks where we manage the agro ventures. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of stock moving through. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have big strategy meetings. We just look at what needs to be shipped out or ordered and we do it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is a bit worn from all the foot traffic, but it’s a real working space. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just focus on getting through the daily list and keeping things moving in the right direction. It's a busy life here in Thane but we are used to the pace.
