Omega Industries

Omega Industries is tucked away at 8 Gaikar Wada, right near the Ration Godown on Adhar Wadi Road in Kalyan West. If you are looking for us, just look for the big godown and we are right there. We do a lot of small-scale manufacturing and industrial work. It’s a busy part of town, always trucks moving in and out because of the warehouse next door. Our shop is a bit cramped with all the metal and parts we keep around. We don’t really have a front office, so if you come by, you’ll likely walk right into the middle of someone welding or cutting something. It’s noisy and there’s usually a bit of grease on the floor. That’s just the nature of the work we do here in Kalyan. We’ve been at this address for a good while. The neighbors are mostly other small workshops, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we borrow a tool or help each other move heavy stuff when one of us is short-handed. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they are heading to the godown. It’s just honest work, making parts and fixing things that people bring in. It keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most days of the week. The roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just move the machines out of the way. We focus on getting the parts out the door on time and keeping the noise down.
