Jinal Industries

Our place is Unit 9 in Bhoomi Industrial Estate-2. We are located at Survey No. 86 on Sativali Road in Vasai. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the manufacturing happens. The industrial estate is huge and there are always trucks moving in and out, especially on Sativali Road. We do a lot of plastic processing in our unit. It’s a tall space with plenty of room for our machines and the raw materials we need. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do our work well and keep our heads down. Most of our days are spent monitoring the production and making sure we have enough material for the next batch. It’s loud in the unit when everything is running, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We’ve got a small desk near the shutter where we handle the paperwork. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to sit for a minute. We deal with a lot of different clients, some big and some small. We treat everyone the same, just trying to be helpful where we can. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just come to work, do the job, and go home to our families. It's a regular life. The floor gets a bit messy by the end of the shift, but we clean it up and start again the next morning.
