Nk And Associates

We are located over at Trivenidhara Chs, right on Adhar Wadi Road in Kalyan. If you know where the Anubhav Hotel is, we’re just opposite that. It’s a busy part of Thane, but our office stays fairly quiet so we can focus. Nk And Associates is basically a small team. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over drawings. It’s not a big corporate setup. We prefer it this way because we can actually talk to the people who walk in. Most of our work comes from folks around the neighborhood or friends of friends. We deal with various projects, mostly local stuff that needs a bit of planning and paperwork. Kalyan has its own way of doing things, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Sometimes the fans in the office make a bit of noise, but it's home to us. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting the plans right and making sure everything is in order. People come in with an idea, and we try to put it on paper. It takes time, and sometimes there are delays with permits or materials, but that’s just how the business goes. We stay till late most evenings when there's a deadline. It's honest work and we like being right here near the hotel where we can grab a quick snack. We’ve got a few old chairs for visitors and a big table for maps. Most of the time, the desk is buried under site photos and blue ink pens.
