You can find us over at Borwankar Policlinic, which sits inside the Nalanda Enterprises building on Gokhale Road. This part of Naupada in Thane West is always buzzing with activity. If you know the area, you know how busy Gokhale Road gets, especially during the peak hours of the afternoon. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, tucked away in a place that people in the neighborhood know well. It’s not a big corporate setup. It is just a regular local clinic where we try to help out anyone who walks through the door. The space is simple and functional. There is no need for anything too flashy when you are just trying to get through the day’s appointments. We get a lot of regulars from the Naupada area who stop in. Sometimes it’s just for a quick check or to ask a question. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re tired, but most people don't mind since they know the way. Being near the center of Thane means we see a bit of everything. The sounds of the traffic outside are a constant backdrop to our work. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or big promises. We just stick to what we know and try to be helpful to the families living around here. It’s just how things go at a local place like this. The rainy season makes the street a bit of a mess, but we keep the clinic open regardless.
