Neev (India) Consultants Private Limited is located out in Ghansoli, Sector 400701. We occupy Flat No 01 on Plot No 391. It's a pretty standard residential-style building turned into an office space. Mumbai is always moving, so being in the Ghansoli area means we deal with the usual commute and the sounds of the neighborhood. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of paperwork and taking calls from people who need help with consulting matters. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, we just make our own tea and get back to the files. The address is a bit tucked away, so sometimes deliveries get lost, but we eventually sort it out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a high-rise office in South Mumbai. This spot works for us because it’s practical and keeps the costs down. Most of the people working here live nearby, which makes things easier. We focus on the things that need doing without spending too much time talking about business buzzwords. It’s just a job, and we try to do it right. The space is a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but it feels like a real office. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside and the way the light hits the balcony in the late afternoon.
