Mohammed Arshadsurve

Living and working in Mumbra has its own rhythm, and my setup at Tanwar Manzil is right in the middle of it. I’m Mohammed Arshadsurve, and I’ve been running things from B/203 for a good bit of time now. Dongre Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, but it keeps the energy up and makes me feel connected to the city. I don’t have a fancy reception desk or a marketing team telling me what to say to people. Most of my day is spent just managing the tasks that come in and making sure nothing gets missed. It’s a small space, but it works for what I need. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so I end up taking the stairs more than I’d like, but that’s just part of life here in Kausa. My neighbors are mostly families, so it feels very grounded and safe. I didn't start this to become a giant company, I just wanted to do something for myself in Thane. Most of the people I talk to are just regular folks looking for help with their stuff. I don't use big words or try to act like I know everything. If I can help, I do it. If I can’t, I’ll tell you straight. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things, and it keeps my life simple and my work honest.
