Mind And Body Physiotherapy Clinic is situated over at Flat No 283/248 in Motilal Nagar No 1. We are right in the Bangur Nagar area of Goregaon West. This neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels very local and tucked away from the main highway noise. The address can be a little tricky for people who are not from this part of Motilal Nagar, but once you find the right block, it is easy. We operate out of a flat, which gives the clinic a very down-to-earth feel. It is not a polished corporate space with a big reception desk. It is just a room where we have our mats, some weights, and the equipment we need to help people move better. We see a lot of folks from the surrounding buildings who have back pain or are recovering from some kind of injury. Goregaon is a busy place, and getting here through the traffic can take some time during rush hour, but we try to keep things running on time. It is a modest setup, nothing too fancy to look at. We just spend our days working with patients, showing them exercises and doing the hands-on work that physiotherapy requires. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and it is not the biggest space in the world, but it serves the purpose for what we do every day. We have been here in Motilal Nagar for a good bit now.
