We are located at Shop Number 2 in the Urvashi CHS, right in Sector 19/20 of Phanaspada. If you know the area in CBD Belapur, you probably know the Mobile Store nearby, which is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. The clinic is a small space but it works for what we do. Physiotherapy takes a bit of room for the tables and the equipment, so we’ve arranged things to make the most of the shop floor. It’s a quiet enough corner of the sector, though you get the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. People come in with all sorts of aches, maybe they hurt their back or they’re recovering from something. We just take it one person at a time. The morning starts with tidying up the mats and making sure everything is ready for the first appointment. We see a lot of local residents from the surrounding buildings. It’s nice because you get to know the faces after a few visits. Belapur is a growing place, but this little pocket feels quite settled. There isn't any big corporate vibe here. It’s just a local shop where we help people move a bit better. We keep the door open when the weather is nice, and people sometimes pop their heads in to ask a quick question about a knee or a shoulder. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us at the clinic.
