Mahape is a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but being in Electronic Sadan 1 makes sense for us. We’re at 46-C, which is part of the MIDC area. If you’ve ever been to Mahape, you know it’s just rows and rows of industrial buildings. It feels very functional. At Micro Technologies (India) Ltd., the atmosphere is pretty straightforward. We deal with tech stuff, but we don't talk about it in that flashy way you see in magazines. It’s more about fixing things, testing parts, and making sure the systems don’t crash. The building has that classic industrial look, nothing too modern, just bricks and concrete. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, so we know the security guards and the guys who run the canteen downstairs. The monsoon season is always interesting because the roads around MIDC can get pretty messy, but we still make it in. Our workspace is filled with monitors and cables everywhere. It looks a bit chaotic to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't have those fancy bean bags or ping-pong tables. We just have our chairs, our coffee mugs, and a lot of work to get through before the sun goes down. It’s a busy life in Navi Mumbai, but we’re used to the pace by now. It is what it is.
