Meltronics Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems is based out of Virar East. We are in Gala Number 8, Building Number 29, at the HDIL Industrial Estate. Being in Maharashtra, we get our fair share of rain, and this estate can get pretty damp, but we keep the machines running. We make ultrasonic cleaners. If you don't know what those are, they’re basically tanks that use sound waves to clean parts. We’ve been at this for a long time. The workshop is usually full of the sound of metal being worked on and the high-pitched hum of the machines we’re testing. It’s not a quiet place to work, that’s for sure. Virar is quite a way out from the main city, but there’s a lot of industry moving this way now. We have a solid crew who knows how to weld and assemble these tanks. It’s a specific niche, so we don't expect everyone to know who we are. Most of our customers are from factories or labs where they need stuff cleaned really thoroughly. We aren't doing any big fancy marketing campaigns. We just build the machines, test them to make sure they work, and send them out. Sometimes a build takes longer than we want because a certain component is hard to find, but we always get it done. It's just a regular industrial life for us out here in Virar and we like the routine.
