Meena Crane Service is based in Thane West, specifically in the Manpada area of Chitalsar. We are right on Ghodbunder Road, which anyone around here knows is one of the busiest stretches you can find. Being near Tikujini Wadi makes us easy to find, though the traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. Our yard is where we keep the cranes when they aren't out on jobs across Thane. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready setup, with a small office tucked into the corner of the lot. You can hear the constant roar of vehicles from Ghodbunder Road all day long. We’ve grown used to the pace of life here. It’s a lot of coordinating over the phone and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. The salt in the air from being somewhat near the coast sometimes means we have to be extra careful with maintenance on the cranes. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches; we are just a local service trying to keep things moving. The guys who work here have been doing this for years and know exactly how to handle the equipment in the tight spaces of Thane. It’s not always easy, especially with the construction projects always popping up nearby, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay out of the worst of the traffic when we can.
