My name is Manoj and my place is in the M.H.B. Colony in Vartak Nagar. The address is 54/2398, right on Pokhran Road No. 1 in Thane West. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the cars going up and down Pokhran Road. I’ve been based here in Mumbai for quite a while now. The colony is a big place, and it took me some time to get my spot set up exactly how I wanted it. It’s not a shiny new office, just a solid room where I can get my work done without too many distractions. I usually start my day with a cup of tea and a look at my notes. I don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people. Most of my work comes from people who live nearby or found my name through a friend. Vartak Nagar is a good place to be because everything is close by, from the shops to the bus stops. I try to keep my prices fair and my work honest because that’s the only way to survive in a place like this. Some days are long, and I’m still here late into the evening, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own thing. I’m just a regular person trying to do a good job from a small office in Thane. Nothing more, nothing less.
