Mandarkamat

Mandarkamat here. I’m over in Vartak Nagar at Runwal Plaza. I actually use two units, 306 and 307, in Building A-1. Having the extra space helps keep things organized, though it still feels a bit small sometimes. Thane has changed so much lately with all the new construction, but Vartak Nagar still feels like the heart of the city to me. Runwal Plaza is a well-known spot, so most people don’t have trouble finding me. I’ve been working from this location for a few years. It’s a mix of an office and a storage area depending on what month it is. I don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. I just show up and do what needs to be done. Some days I’m just sorting through papers and other days I’m meeting people one after another. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor, but the lift usually works. I like being in Thane because it’s a bit less frantic than central Mumbai, though the traffic on the way to the office can still be a pain. I mostly work with people from the local area who need a hand with various things. It’s a straightforward setup and I don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a local guy with a couple of rooms in a plaza.
