Lifcon Advisors is located in the Om Saidham building in Sector 17, Vashi. We’re in room 604 A on Plot 40. Being in Navi Mumbai, especially Vashi, means we are right in the middle of everything. We are a limited liability partnership, which basically means it's a few of us working together. Our office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on advisory work, which involves a lot of reading and checking numbers. It’s quiet work for the most part. We like the building here; it’s a standard housing society setup but it works well for our office needs. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We’re just local people who know our way around business advice. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but that’s just how it is. We get a lot of our work done through phone calls and emails these days anyway. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It's just us at our desks every morning. Vashi is a good place to be because everything is close by. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area well. It’s just a normal office where we do our daily tasks and try to stay on top of things. We don't use any fancy language or complicated systems, just real people doing their best to get through the work pile.
