Our place is at Plot B-2 on the Main Road, right across from Railadevi Lake in the Wagle Estate area of Thane West. It’s actually a pretty nice spot because we can see the lake when we step out for a breather, even if the road in front is always jammed with traffic. Wagle Estate is a huge industrial hub, and being on Padwal Nagar means we are right in the middle of all the action. At Lechler, we spend our days working on nozzles and spray systems. It’s a specific kind of work, and the shop floor is usually a hive of activity with testing and packing. We have a good team here that doesn't need much supervision; everyone just knows their role and gets on with it. The office side of things is pretty basic—just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather spend the budget on better tools or keeping the machines in top shape. Sometimes the rain in Thane makes things interesting, especially with the lake right there, but we’ve never had any real trouble. We’ve been at this location for quite a while, and most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a community feel even though it’s a busy industrial zone. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is handled right. That’s about all there is to it.
