You can find us over at Kanchan Pushpa on Ghodbunder Road. We are in building C3, flat 701. It’s a tall building so we get a good breeze up here. G B Road is always jammed with traffic, so we usually hear the horns honking from the balcony. We’ve been operating out of this flat for some time now. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a homey space. We have our computers set up in the main room. Leadstrategus is just a small private company. We don't have a board of directors or anything fancy like that. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work. We do strategy work, which mostly means we sit around and talk through problems. Sometimes we have tea and snacks while we work. The building is okay, the security guards know us by now. We don't really have a big sign outside. Most people who come here already know where they are going. We keep things pretty relaxed. There’s no dress code here. We just want to get the work done and do it well enough. It’s a practical setup for what we need. Sometimes the lift stops working and we have to wait, but that’s fine. We like being in this part of Thane because it’s close to everything we need.
