We are based at Mira Road East in the Raj Atlantis building. Our office is unit 1101, which is in the Shiver Garden area. Leadersourceleadersource Consulting Llp is what we call ourselves. Mira Road has changed a lot over the years. It used to be very quiet, but now it’s full of buildings and traffic. Our office is on a high floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if we open the windows. We do consulting work, which basically means we talk to people and help them figure out their business problems. It’s not a very glamorous job. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away at our laptops. We don't have a reception area, so if someone visits, they just sit with us at the main table. We usually have some biscuits and tea to offer. We aren't a big company with many departments. We all do a bit of everything here. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next I’m talking to a client about their plans. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just want to do good work and make sure our clients are happy. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. The building is safe and the people around are nice. We just take things one day at a time without much fuss.
