Kwality Swirls

We are located in Kandivali East, which is always a busy place to be. Our shop is small and we mostly focus on the soft-serve machines that we have behind the counter. Those machines are a lot of work to maintain. We have to take them apart almost every night to clean them properly, otherwise the flavor isn't right the next day. It is a bit of a chore but it is necessary. We don't have a huge seating area, just a small space where people can wait for their swirls. The neighborhood has a lot of people moving around, so we get a lot of foot traffic, especially in the late afternoons when school lets out. We aren't a big chain with a lot of fancy advertising. We just have our sign out front and people know where to find us. Sometimes the machine acts up and the ice cream comes out too soft, so we have to stop and fix the settings. It can be frustrating when there is a line of people waiting. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make soft-serve. The floor gets a bit sticky by the end of the day, so we spend a good amount of time scrubbing it before we go home. It is just a normal, local business in Kandivali. We show up, do the work, and then head home to do it all again.
