Kshiralay Dairy Private Limited is located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. We are in the Kukreja Estate on Plot Number 36, specifically in Flat E/602 in Sector 11. Belapur is a bit more spaced out than old Mumbai, which is nice for us. We use this flat as our main base for the dairy company. It’s where we handle the accounts and the planning. We don't have a storefront where people come to buy milk directly. Instead, we work on the larger scale of distribution. The building is quiet enough for us to get our work done. We started Kshiralay because we wanted to be involved in the dairy supply chain in the Thane and Navi Mumbai area. We aren't corporate types in suits. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with the task at hand. There’s a lot to do, from checking on shipments to managing the logistics of cold storage. We don't use any fancy management theories. We just solve problems as they come up. The commute to Sector 11 is pretty easy for most of us. We've been here for a while and have gotten to know the other businesses in Kukreja Estate. We just want to keep the business steady. It’s about being reliable and making sure the paperwork matches the product. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our business and we take it seriously. We just do our thing.
