You can find Vision Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. over at the Punjani Industrial Estate in Khopat. We are at unit number 116. It’s one of those spots that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The estate is always buzzing with people moving parts and trucks loading up at odd hours. We work on the technical side of things, dealing with parts and systems that most people don't think about much. Our space is filled with tools, wires, and a few computers that have seen better days. It isn't a showroom; it's a workshop. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big order comes in, but we manage somehow. The guys here have been working with me for years, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry, but our way of doing things stays pretty basic. We focus on the hardware. Lunch breaks are usually just grabbing something from the stall nearby and sitting on the crates. It’s not glamorous. There’s no special mission statement written on the wall or anything like that. We just try to make sure the stuff we build actually works like it’s supposed to. If something goes wrong, we stay late until it’s sorted out. That’s just the way it goes at Punjani. We like the grit of the place. It feels real. It's a bit dusty, and the lights are a little dim, but we get the job done.
