Kareersity Edu Private Limited

Our office is actually a shop, number 21 to be exact, in the D-Wing over by Brahmand Phase-VII in Thane. It’s a decent little spot. Being in a shop unit makes it easier for people to find us since we are right on the ground level. You don’t have to mess around with elevators or security desks. We are Kareersity Edu, but inside it just looks like a regular workspace with some tables and chairs. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans on high. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so there are always people walking their dogs or going to the grocery store next door. It feels more like being part of a community than being stuck in a business park. We have a lot of books and papers lying around because of the work we do. It’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. Most of the staff comes in from other parts of Thane, so we talk a lot about the traffic and the rain. We don't have a big HR department or anything corporate like that. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone. We are just a group of people trying to run this education business from a small shop. It is a very direct way to work. We like the convenience of the location and the fact that it’s not too noisy.
