We operate out of Flat No-103 on the first floor of Sai Darpan CHS. This is in the Manda area of Titwala West, which is part of the Kalyan-Dombivli region. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. We’ve set up our pharmaceutical business here because it’s convenient for us. Titwala is a bit further out, but it’s growing fast. We handle a lot of administrative work related to medicines and distribution. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs. It’s just a quiet office where we get things done. A few of us work here together, mainly focusing on paperwork and coordinating with suppliers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work properly. The pharmaceutical industry has a lot of rules, so we spend a lot of time making sure we follow them. Sometimes it’s just us sitting around a table going through files. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s the reality of a small private limited company. We’ve been in Sai Darpan CHS for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local business in Titwala handling pharma stuff. It’s steady work and we like the pace of it. We keep things simple and just focus on the daily tasks at hand. Nothing more to it.
