You will find us at 09 A James House Co Op Soc in the Wagle Industrial Estate area of Thane West. We are specifically located in Dsouza Wadi, which is a busy little part of the city. Our workspace is filled with computers, cables, and tools needed for fixing things. It isn't the cleanest or most organized place you will ever see, but we know exactly where every screwdriver and spare part is kept. We spend most of our time looking at screens or taking apart machines to see what is wrong with them. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of movement and noise outside our door. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a practical room where we get the work done. People from the neighborhood bring their laptops or desktops to us when they have trouble. We don't use any complicated words to explain things. We just look at the problem and try to fix it. Some days are long, especially when a repair takes more time than we thought it would. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know the other people working around here. It is a simple life of working with technology. We don't do big marketing or have a polished front. We just focus on the hardware and software in front of us every day.
