Our location is in the T.T.C. Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No A 781 in M.I.D.C. Khairane. This is a very different vibe compared to the residential parts of the city. It is all about work and industry here. J. Arch Consultancies Llp operates out of this plot, surrounded by other warehouses and small manufacturing units. You see trucks moving in and out all day long. It is dusty and loud, but that is just how an industrial area works. Our office is a functional space built to handle our day-to-day consultancy tasks. We don't have any decorative plants or fancy lighting. We have sturdy desks and good internet, which is what we really need. Most of us get here by bus or bike. There aren't many places to eat around here, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something from the small canteens nearby. It is a no-nonsense environment. The building is solid and simple. We have been in Khairane for a while and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. It is a bit out of the way for some, but it works for us. We focus on our work and don't worry about the polish. If you are coming to visit, just look for the A 781 sign among the rows of industrial plots. It is easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We keep things moving forward.
