Our office is located in the Gajanan Apartment building on Murbad Road in Kalyan West. It is unit 11/2 on the second floor if you are looking for the exact spot. Kalyan is a busy place, and the road outside always has something going on, whether it is traffic or people heading to the station. We spend most of our time inside this flat that we turned into a workspace. It is a bit tight sometimes when everyone is in, but it works for what we need to do. There is a small balcony where you can hear the bikes zooming by on Murbad Road. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; mostly just shirts and whatever is comfortable for the weather. The building itself has been around for a bit, so everyone knows the security guard at the gate. Working in a residential-style building gives it a different feel than a big glass office block. You get to know the other people living or working nearby. We keep our files organized as best as we can, though papers have a way of piling up on the desks. It is just a regular small business life. We get here in the morning, deal with the day's tasks, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s practical and straightforward, just like the way we handle our daily business here at Isvarah Pvt. Ltd.
