Our office is over in Kalyan East, specifically at H No 11 in the Makadik Apartment. If you know the Ganeshwadi or Kolsewadi area, you know it’s a lived-in, busy neighborhood. We’ve been running this pharmaceutical business from this spot for a while. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. It’s just a regular apartment space we’ve turned into our workspace. Most days, we are busy with orders and talking to suppliers. The pharmaceutical world involves a lot of logistics. We have to make sure everything is recorded and tracked correctly. Being in Kalyan means we are a bit away from the main Mumbai rush, but it’s still plenty busy here. We are a small crew. We know each other well and we just get on with the tasks. There’s no big hierarchy here. Someone answers the phone, someone checks the inventory, and someone handles the papers. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just sell and manage pharmaceutical products. The neighbors in Makadik Apartment probably see us coming and going all day with boxes. That’s just the life of a local business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to finish the day’s work without any mistakes. It’s a simple operation, really. Just some people working hard in Ganeshwadi. Every day is just another chance to get it right. We keep things grounded.
