India Connection Impex Pvt.Ltd. is currently running out of Mayuresh Society over in Kalyan. It is a bit different from being in a big industrial park or a downtown office because we are tucked away in a residential area of Maharashtra. Number 1 is where we have set up our desks and equipment. It is definitely a lot quieter than the central parts of Mumbai, which makes it a nice place for actually getting our daily work finished. We handle most of the administrative side of the business from this location. Some days the only thing you can hear is the sound of the printer or someone talking on their mobile phone. We have been based in Kalyan for a good while now, and the people in the society are very used to seeing us around. It is a simple setup, nothing that looks too professional or corporate, just a few rooms with files and computers. We do not really do any advertising or promotional stuff. Most people who work with us already know the address by heart. We just handle things as they come across our desks. It is not a massive operation with hundreds of employees, just a few of us making sure the logistics stay on track. We try to keep things honest and just do the work we are supposed to do every day.
