HTKR PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of B-1, Om Sai Tej Bunglow. We are tucked away in Vaibhav Nagri, right by the Katai Pipe Line in Thane. It’s a bit different because we are in a bungalow rather than a standard office block. This gives us a bit more room and a different vibe. The 421204 area in Maharashtra is where we’ve set up shop. It’s a local neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We use the space to manage all our business operations. There is usually a bit of activity going on, with people coming and going. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and we’re there working. It’s a practical way to run things. The Katai Pipe Line road is a major landmark for us. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be based. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people doing our thing. We handle the daily grind just like everyone else. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we always find a way to get the tasks finished. We like the independence of having our own space in Vaibhav Nagri. It suits us just fine. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep everything moving in the right direction.
