We are located in Flat 102 at Omchandraprakash CHS. This is part of the Chaitanya Sankul area in Shirgaon, Badlapur. It’s a residential society, so it’s a calm place to spend the workday. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on helping people plan out their business growth. The name of the company is Growthplan Solutions, but we don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We’re just a few people working out of a flat. We’ve got desks set up in the main room and some files stored in the back. It’s a very simple setup. Most days are spent looking at numbers or talking to people about their small business ideas. Shirgaon is a bit quieter than the main part of Badlapur, which we like. It’s easier to focus. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us from someone else we’ve helped. It’s a very organic way of doing things. We take our work seriously, but we don't act like we’re in some high-rise office in Mumbai. We’re just local folks who know a thing or two about business planning. We make sure the bills are paid and the clients are happy, and that’s about it. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see us coming and going like everyone else.
