Fillpack Technology

Fillpack Technology is tucked away in the Wagle Industrial Estate. We occupy unit numbers 6 and 14 on Road No. 25. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. It’s not the prettiest place, but it’s where we get things made. We spend our time working on packaging tech, which basically means a lot of metal, grease, and trying to get sensors to behave. The team here is pretty small. We’ve all known each other for years, so we don't need to be formal. If someone makes a mistake, we just fix it and move on. We don’t have any of those polished corporate brochures. Most of our knowledge is just in our heads from doing this day in and day out. Thjane West is a busy part of the world, and our little corner of the estate is no different. Sometimes the power goes out or a parts delivery is late, and we just sit around and talk until things get back on track. We aren't trying to be industry leaders or anything like that. We just enjoy the process of building things that work. It’s a messy, loud, and honest way to make a living, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our tools sharp and our eyes on the machines, making sure everything is bolted down right before the day ends.
