Felixvibe Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is over here at Sai Sargam CHS in Mira Road East. We are in unit 403-B. It is a quiet enough spot in Hyness Park, but getting here through the Thane traffic can be a real headache some days. We started this because there was a need for a reliable supply of medicines around this side of the city. We spend most of our mornings just sorting through boxes and checking what needs to go out to the chemists. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to carry things up, which isn't fun, but that is just part of being in an older society. We keep our records in big ledgers and on an old computer that takes its time to start. Most people in the building know us as the pharma folks on the fourth floor. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office where we handle the distribution. The rainy season is particularly tough because we have to make sure everything stays dry while loading the vans. We drink a lot of tea from the stall downstairs while waiting for deliveries. It’s a basic operation. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people without making too many mistakes in the paperwork. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Mira Road.
