E-Kagzaat Consultancy is based in Flat 503, which is on the fifth floor of building number four in the Mangeshi Paradise complex. It is right near Matoshree College, so the street outside is always full of students and quite lively. The office is really just a residential flat that we have turned into a workspace over time. It has that homey feel, which is nice but also means it is not very corporate. We handle a lot of paperwork here, which is why the name E-Kagzaat was chosen, I guess. There are stacks of folders on the shelves and sometimes we have to use the dining table as an extra desk when things get busy. We spend most of our time helping people with their documents and registration tasks. It is not fancy at all. We have a couple of computers and a scanner that stays busy all day long. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing out in the hallway and it gets a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. It is a local business and most people who come to see us live nearby in Thane or Kalyan. We usually keep the fans on the highest setting because it gets quite hot in the afternoons. It is just us doing the daily work, day in and day out. We do not have a big team or any flashy marketing stuff. People usually find us by word of mouth or through neighbors.
