We are over here in Vashi, specifically in Sector 29 at Panchdeep Society. The office is in G 5. People usually ask why a Dubai business office is in Navi Mumbai, but it works out fine for us. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork and taking calls. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud when the buses go by. It’s a small space, mostly just desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most locals know the Panchdeep building because it's easy to find once you get into the sector. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door and some chairs. Usually, the fan is running because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. Someone is usually drinking tea or looking through files. We deal with people who want to move or start something in Dubai, so the talk is mostly about rules and visas. It's a bit of a trek for some folks to come out here, but the train station isn't too far if you take an auto. The neighbors in the society are nice enough, though they sometimes complain if we have too many visitors. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work done before it gets dark. It's not a big corporate setup, just us in this quiet corner of Vashi. We make do with what we have here.
