We are situated in Hausa Apartment, which is A/201 on the second floor, right behind Pandurang Palace in Goddev Village. This part of Bhayander East has changed a lot lately, but it still has that local village feel where everyone seems to know their neighbors. Our office is a simple one, and we don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It is just a regular apartment that we use to run our operations. Inside, things are pretty functional with some standard desks and a few cabinets for all our paperwork. It can get a bit noisy in the afternoons because there is a lot of activity in the street below, but we usually just close the windows and turn on the fan. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it is just a handful of us who show up every day and do what needs to be done. We don't have a corporate culture or any of those HR buzzwords. We just talk to each other like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work, and other times we finish early if things are quiet. It is a practical way to live and work, and it suits us just fine. We like being in this part of Thane because it feels real and unpretentious.
