Our office is at 4, Amfotech Park in the Wagle Industrial Estate, right across from where the old passport office used to be. It’s a busy area, so there is always the sound of traffic and people moving around outside. We are a small team of architects and we spend most of our time here drawing up plans and sometimes having long talks about where a door or a window should go. It’s not a fancy or polished place, just a workspace where we try to get things done as best as we can. We handle all sorts of different projects, from small house designs to some bigger commercial work in the MIDC area. We don't have a big marketing department or any smooth sales talk. We just look at the land, listen to what the owner wants, and start sketching things out on our computers. There are always some problems to solve, like a plot that is a weird shape or some local rules that make things tricky. We just work our way through those things one by one. It takes a lot of time and sometimes it’s a bit frustrating, but that is just part of the job. You might see us walking around the estate or grabbing a quick tea nearby when we need a break from the office. We have been in this part of town for quite a while and we just like to focus on our work.
