You can find us at Shop No. 5 in Sahayog Plaza, right on Mhasa Road. We are very close to the bus stop in Murbad, which usually means there are people around at all hours. It’s a small shop, but it gets the job done. We spend most of the day behind the counter. When the buses pull in, we get a little rush of people looking for something cold before they head home or to work. The plaza itself is a bit of a hub for the local area. We keep a few stools out for whoever wants to sit for a minute. The walls have some simple decorations, but nothing too fancy. We focus on keeping the freezers running well because the heat in Murbad can be quite something. It’s a one-man or two-man job most days. We know many of the regulars who pass by every morning. It’s just a standard local parlor where you can grab a cone or a cup. Sometimes the music from the nearby shops is a bit loud, but it adds to the atmosphere of the market. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a couple of us making sure everything is in order. We open up early and stay until the last few buses have left for the night. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way.
