We have been here at Mandar Ramdas Soc for a long time now. It is a busy spot on Kaka Sohoni Marg. Most days it is just us working on circuit boards and power units. The office is at number 12. It isn't a fancy place, but it works for what we do. We handle a lot of electronics stuff every day. People come by when they need parts or help with their machines. Sometimes the road gets crowded, especially near Ghantali. We try to keep things organized but there is always a lot of equipment lying around. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. My desk is usually covered in papers and components. It is hard to keep it tidy when you are busy. We do not do big ads or anything. Most people just know where we are. If you walk down the lane, you can't miss the sign. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a small team here. We know each other well and that makes the day go faster. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. It is just a normal workplace. We deal with power systems mostly. It's technical work but we try to explain things simply to anyone who asks. We like being in this part of town. It feels like home after all this time. We often stay late if a project is tricky. It is just the way we operate here.
