You can find us at Block No 301 in the Sunflower Tower, which is part of the Parvati Bhuvan building on Kharkar Lane. We are pretty close to the Police Commissionaire Office in Thane West, so the area is always full of traffic and people going about their business. Our workshop is not a big corporate space; it’s more of a practical place where we keep our tools and machines. We do engineering work here, which means there is often the sound of grinding metal or someone banging on a part to get it to fit right. It gets a bit messy with oil and metal scraps, but that’s the nature of the job. The guys here have grease on their hands most of the day. We don’t really do much in the way of talking ourselves up. People usually find us because they heard from someone else that we could fix a specific part or build something they needed for their own machines. It is a small team and we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery is late, but we just manage it as it comes. It is a bit cramped inside the tower with all the equipment, but we’ve made it work for a long time now. We just open up in the morning, drink some tea, and start on whatever job is on the bench that day.
