Cygnus Marking & Coding Pvt Ltd

Our workshop is over at B-102 in the Punit Industrial Premises in Turbhe. It’s right in the middle of the TTC MIDC area, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. Cygnus Marking & Coding Pvt Ltd is what we call the place. We spend most of our time dealing with the machines and making sure everything is coded right. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we do. The office is okay, though it gets a bit hot in the afternoons. Navi Mumbai is a busy place to work. We have a few technicians who have been with us for years. They know the equipment better than anyone. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or a big sales team. Most of the time, we are just responding to calls or fixing something that stopped working. It’s practical work. You have to be careful with the details in this line of business. One small mistake and things don't line up. We try to stay on top of it all. The industrial estate has a lot of other businesses too, so it's a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We've been in this unit for quite some time now and it feels like home. There's always coffee in the break room and someone usually has the radio on. It's just us working hard and trying to get through the week.
